Robert is Principal Financial Analyst – Capital Markets for the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Since joining the FHFA in 2008 he has provided a conduit between fixed income markets and senior staff, maintaining relationships with financial institutions, and representing the FHFA on a number of Working Groups that report to the Financial Stability Oversight Council established following Dodd-Frank legislation. Prior to joining the agency Bob enjoyed a 25-year career building capital markets trading and research businesses in New York, Boston and Tokyo, Japan. A past guest-lecturer at the graduate schools of business at Boston College and UMASS-Boston, he was a contributor to Robert Pozen’s recent book The Fund Industry: How Your Money is Managed (2011, Wiley). Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University (1995) and resides in Massachusetts with his wife and five children.”
