Katrina Niehaus is a senior managing director and leads the firm\u2019s Structured Capital Solutions group, focused on securitization advisory and placement efforts on behalf of corporate and financial sponsor clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over her 20-year career, she has structured and placed securitizations for public, private and municipal clients across all sectors, including tech, real estate, media, telecom, real estate, healthcare and renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Niehaus was at Goldman Sachs, where she was the co-head of the corporate structured finance business and served as a member of the structured finance capital committee. Previously, she was an analyst in the structured finance group at Lehman Brothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Niehaus holds a B.S. in economics from University of Pennsylvania\u2019s Wharton School and an M.P.A. from Columbia University\u2019s School of International and Public Affairs. She serves on the board of trustees for Seabury Hall.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
