He serves as co-chair of<br>the Finance, Risk and Services Asian<br>Professional Network.<br>Previously, Joseph helped create the<br>Regulatory Policy team in 2010. Prior to that,<br>he built the GS Bank USA Regulatory<br>Reporting team in 2008.
