Structured Finance Investment Manager
Jesper Skoglund, CFA, CAIA, is a Securitisation Investment Manager within the Securitisation investment unit of the European Investment Fund. Jesper structures and invests in senior and mezzanine tranches of cash securitisations and synthetic securitisations, with focus on exposures originated in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.
Jesper has previous experience from structuring and origination of risk sharing transactions (securitisations, portfolio divestments and alternative lending structures), from establishment of covered bonds programmes, from issuance of financial guarantees on tranched and non-tranched exposures and from the management of capital and financial risks under CRR as well as Solvency II.
