In this workshop Jeroen Batema will outline the new EMSA rules as they apply to CRT deals and showcase an XML data transformation tool that will save issuers time and money in complying
- New ESMA reporting rules came into effect on 23 September 2020: CRT Issuers must comply with the new standards.
- The rules effect all types of securitization transactions: both non ABCP and ABCP, both public and private and both asset based and synthetic transactions
- Reporting requirements are on the transaction level and loan- and collateral level
- Different templates apply to different transaction types and different asset classes
- Data quality checks through an XML reporting file
