Everett Bruer

Director

Everett Bruer is a Director in Fitch Ratings’ Global Cross Sector (GCS) group, managing the development and execution of ratings for new and alternative asset classes. GCS focuses on transaction ratings exposed to operating risk, in conjunction with other Fitch rating groups such as Corporate Finance, Global Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, and Sovereigns. Asset Classes include Transportation, Digital Infrastructure, Energy, Future Flow, Royalties and other non-traditional ABS.

Since joining the group, Everett’s analytical focus has centered on securitizations backed by digital infrastructure assets including fiber optic networks, wireless towers, small cell networks and data centers.

Prior to joining the GCS team, Everett originally joined Fitch Ratings in 2018 covering conduit, Canadian and single-asset, single-borrower CMBS transactions as well as an author of the Fitch Ratings U.S. CMBS Annual Default Study report.

Everett holds a BSBA in finance and banking and a BA in political science from the University of Missouri. Everett is also a CFA charterholder.
