Private ABF Deal Database SCI’s Private ABF Dataset contains details of bespoke, privately originated forward flow lending arrangements, warehouse agreements, back leverage facilities and structured credit facilities negotiated between non-bank originators/specialty finance providers and investors.

SCI defines Asset-Backed Finance (ABF) as a form of credit provided to a non-bank originator or acquirer of assets, whereby the lender/investor is repaid by contractual principal and interest cashflows generated by a defined pool of high-quality underlying hard or financial assets.

Synthetic securitisations are excluded from the ABF Database, but are included in SCI’s Primary Markets Database, which also contains details of publicly placed European and US CLOs and international true sale securitisations.
